I can attest from personal experience the wierd line St. Kate's seems to tow on queer issues. (I was last year's St. Kate's PRIDE Secretary.) Individual support from a lot of students and faculty -- but severe institutional discomfort, that's for sure. I'm so very sorry that the administration reacted like that to you. My girlfriend (a current CSC PRIDE officer), directed me to this, just outraged. -_- They're so frickin' paranoid that the "Catholic" watchdog groups will call the wrath of God (or the Pope) down on them...
