News Parody with Paul Cameron Writes Itself

Jason Jones uses plastic figurine to test Bleu Copas's ability to focus on translating Arabic.

If you didn’t see Monday night’s Daily Show, Box Turtle Bulletin has posted a hilarious clip. The segment features homo-hostile faux-researcher Paul Cameron — who always, always goes under the category, of “is he for real??” The “reporter” Jason Jones is an actor, of course, but Cameron was not acting.

Jones feigns homophobic solidarity with Cameron’s case against gays in the military by stating, “I know I’d rather die in a terrorist attack than suffer through an uncomfortable shower with a gay. You know what I’m saying?” To which Cameron reflects, laughs and replies: “Yes.”

Makes a lot more sense now, doesn’t it, why I don’t want my research distorted by this guy?

Hats off to Bleu Copas for his willingness to play along and make light of what no doubt has been a very stressful time in his life.

I don’t know how Bleu Copas did that without busting up laughing.
