Disapproval of the New Supreme Court Nominee
Bush’s announcement that his new nominee for Supreme Court is Samuel Alito is applauded by ultra-conservatives. This, of course, is a serious concern for LGBT people and their allies. As MoveOn.org states, “Alito is a notoriously radical judge who has attacked workers’ rights, women’s rights and civil rights for years.”
