Ask Away!
Remember when your teachers said, “If you have a question, don’t be shy about asking it, because someone else probably has the same question” ?
Well, it’s still true.
Visitors to my site frequently send requests for advice that are strikingly similar. It’s not uncommon for questions to share similar themes such as coming out, custody, intergenerational issues, and school safety. I would like to post some of the questions and my responses in the format of an advice column. To participate, send me your question, dilemma or challenge.
In the interest of privacy, messages will be edited to exclude identifying details, such as last name, hometown and email addresses. First names will be changed upon request. Some posts will be edited for length.
